The Kitchen Aide role is onsite in Ashland, OH, part-time, and pays $13.50–$15.30 per hour. Brethren Care Village is a senior living community offering a continuum of care. The aide prepares and portions food, serves meals, and supports kitchen sanitation and stock rotation. The work helps the dietary team meet daily menus and residents' special diet needs.

What you'll do

• Prepare and portion salads, desserts, vegetables, and baked goods according to production sheets, recipes, portion controls, and schedules
• serve meals in the main kitchen
• assist in the dish room
• put away stock using FIFO
• complete sanitation and cleaning tasks
• review menus and special functions with the Dietary Manager to support portion control and special diets
• attend in-service training.
