The coordinator manages accessibility projects from assessment through completion, coordinating clients, case managers, and subcontractors while maintaining service quality, documentation, and compliance with approved service agreements and Minnesota DHS waiver requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage project timelines and phases from initial assessment through completion
• conduct in-home accessibility assessments and prepare written reports
• develop scopes of work
• review bids and recommend subcontractors
• approve authorized change orders and escalate exceptions
• monitor progress and resolve issues
• coordinate with clients, case managers, subcontractors, Billing, Finance, and SEP teams
• maintain project documentation and support billing preparation.
