Lead Automotive Technician

The Lead Automotive Technician is an onsite role based in San Antonio, TX. The pay range is $800–$2,000 per week. This role supports the service center team at Midas. The technician uses diagnostic tools to evaluate malfunction codes, performs routine maintenance, and ensures high-level customer satisfaction through clear communication and quality repairs.

What you'll do

• Use expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers.
• Inspect and repair suspension system.
