What you'll do

• Provide training, troubleshooting, and user support for RealPage, HALO, and Grace Hill
• develop training curricula, guides, and process documentation
• support system updates, rollouts, and improvements
• maintain property management software settings and user/document management
• assist with new-property setup and implementation
• respond to HALO tickets
• use ticket data to suggest training topics
• support audits, lease-ups, and special projects as requested
• travel to assigned properties and meetings.
