Senior Director, Integrations

The Senior Director, Integrations is an onsite role based in Baton Rouge, LA. The base salary range is $160,000 - $200,000 per year, with an estimated on-target earnings of $200,000 - $250,000. This role exists to lead the strategy, operational performance, and transformation of the company's global integration practice. The director will evolve the delivery model from customized to standardized, scalable frameworks to improve customer outcomes and support the company's HCM integration ecosystem.
