What you'll do

• Oversee and direct nursing staff
• ensure safe staffing and provide clinical support or direct patient care when indicated
• participate in QAPI monitoring and analysis
• coordinate staffing and nursing care
• collaborate with Human Resources on nursing hiring and termination
• complete performance evaluations
• support admissions and treatment-team communication
• contribute to policies, procedures, survey readiness, and program development
• participate in facility leadership.
