CNC Laser Operator - Production

The CNC Laser Operator - Production role is onsite in Mulberry, FL, with pay of $24–$27 per hour. Fuse Fabrication is a sheet metal fabrication company whose turn-key work spans design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. The operator sets up and runs CNC laser cutting equipment to produce parts that meet job requirements and quality standards. The role supports production schedules through accurate programming, inspection, equipment care, and safe material handling.

What you'll do

• Interpret engineering blueprints and program part layouts using designated software
• use job orders and instructions to determine requirements
• inspect parts visually and dimensionally
• maintain current client part file revisions
• perform machine startup and shutdown
• select machines and tooling
• follow production schedules and prepare work instructions and setup plans
• perform minor maintenance and cleaning
• maintain dust collector logs
• stage raw materials
• load and unload machines
• monitor resonator gas levels
• follow safe work practices.
