What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• supervise nursing personnel and coordinate ancillary staff
• conduct rounds throughout the nursing home
• monitor compliance with standards of care and provide staff feedback
• guide staff during changing activity levels and emergencies
• monitor resident transfers
• respond to nursing home emergencies and disasters
• communicate issues and incidents to the Director of Nursing
• and assist with continuous quality improvement indicators and audits.
