What you'll do

• Gather initial information from prospective service recipients and enter it into the appropriate software
• verify initial insurance information and maintain current records
• screen potential new clients
• ensure documentation follows regulations and organizational policies
• compile monthly reports
• assist children and families in engaging with clinical services
• coordinate with school-based clinicians and on-site coordinators
• maintain HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
