Data Insights Engineer

What you'll do

• Own and enhance existing dashboards and reports, including legacy code
• develop Tableau visualizations and present insights
• measure digital containment, adoption, call savings, and customer behavior
• investigate data and clarify stakeholder questions
• collaborate across stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities
• create data stories
• execute projects in sprint-based workflows
• support ETL, pipeline troubleshooting, table builds, and data validation
• contribute to metric and definition governance.
