The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Center and In-Home ABA role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with sessions at the center and clients’ homes. Pay is $18–$27 per hour, plus bonus opportunities. Autism 360 provides ABA services with BCBA support, training, and collaboration among RBTs. The RBT provides one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism, implements BCBA-developed treatment plans, and records session data. The role supports learners in building communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills across center and home settings.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in center and home settings
• implement individualized BCBA treatment plans
• collect and enter session data in Central Reach
• collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs
• support children’s communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills.
