What you'll do

• Greet and escort patients
• review dental records, X-rays, referrals, lab cases, and medical history
• take and record vital signs
• take dental radiographs
• prepare the operatory and explain procedures
• assist with impressions and models
• disinfect treatment areas
• clean, bag, and autoclave instruments
• maintain equipment and logs
• assist during dental procedures
• restock rooms
• provide oral-health education and post-extraction instructions
• maintain supply inventory.
