Security Officer

What you'll do

• Patrol college facilities and maintain order
• respond to unusual or emergency situations according to protocol
• control facility access
• observe and report suspicious activity
• monitor entrances, people, vehicles, and parking
• check for hazards and security violations
• handle police-related complaints
• enforce parking rules
• monitor CCTV
• open and lock doors
• write incident reports
• maintain lost and found
• answer the college phone after hours
• drive the courtesy van when assigned
• assist with evacuations.
