What you'll do

• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and systems to restore production flow.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to craft and maintenance employees.
• Serve as direct technical support to the maintenance organization.
• Respond to equipment issues and trouble calls as part of a shared 24/7 support structure.
• Analyze equipment behavior and recurring issues to identify root causes and long-term solutions.
• Support outage planning, downtime execution, and follow-up on maintenance actions.
• Assist with justification, specification, and coordination of equipment rebuilds, repairs, and upgrades.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Apply lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methods to improve equipment performance.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Support process engineering efforts related to mechanical equipment and systems.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational standards.
