What you'll do

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise assistant superintendents, field engineers, craft employees, and subcontractors
• set work priorities and coordinate activities
• oversee construction contract terms
• coordinate trades, suppliers, and material deliveries
• maintain site safety and hold safety meetings
• communicate with owners and project teams
• maintain daily reports and project schedules
• oversee quality control, inspections, labor productivity, equipment, time records, and project closeout
• mentor subordinates.
