What you'll do

• Oversee medication management, chart and medication audits
• collaborate with physicians to maintain current medication orders
• support training and orientation for care staff
• ensure adherence to policies and documentation practices
• supervise, develop, and schedule resident-care staff
• participate in recruiting and interviewing
• fill in during unexpected staffing shortages
• administer medications when required and permitted by applicable guidelines.
