Resident Services Coordinator

Job overview

The Resident Services Coordinator works onsite at rental properties in Paradise, CA, with travel to CHIP’s main office in Chico and other properties in its seven-county service area. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The role supports CHIP’s Resident Services Program, which helps residents maintain stable tenancy, pursue goals, and build community.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and implement resident activities
• assess resident needs
• connect residents with community resources
• support successful tenancy and community building
• recruit resident volunteers
• coordinate outreach and promotional materials
• liaise among residents, CHIP departments, and community partners
• evaluate programs with resident and staff input
• contribute to grant applications and reports
• and maintain budgets, documentation, and resident files. Some evenings and weekends are required
• travel is mandatory.
