Clinical Director — Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Mercy Plus Healthcare Services provides applied behavior analysis services to clients and families. The director remains involved in client care while leading clinical quality and developing the center's clinical team. The role includes a manageable caseload of approximately 15–20 billable hours per week, clinician mentorship, treatment oversight, and coordination with center operations and regional clinical leadership; some later-day availability is needed.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and center oversight
• mentor and develop BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Technicians
• maintain approximately 15–20 billable hours weekly
• oversee treatment planning, clinical quality, and outcomes
• support assessments and behavior intervention plans
• provide supervision and parent or caregiver training as needed
• monitor documentation and payer requirements
• partner with operations and regional clinical leadership.
