What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair smartphones and other devices
• replace screens, batteries, and common components
• explain repair options and recommend suitable products and services
• maintain tools, parts, and inventory
• drive a company-provided repair van to scheduled appointments
• manage routes and appointments on mobile shifts
• deliver customer service and maintain the van and equipment.
