What you'll do

• Solicit and evaluate supplier proposals
• prepare sourcing recommendations
• create, change, and expedite purchase orders
• reconcile pending invoices and maintain records
• support strategic sourcing and MRO purchasing
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• collaborate with plant departments
• develop and monitor raw-material standard costs
• improve cycle times and supplier-managed inventory
• support MRP systems and procurement databases.
