The Assistant Club Director role is onsite at the Westwood Club in Elyria, OH. It is part-time, Monday through Friday, 25 hours per week, typically 1:00–6:00 p.m. from August through May; summer hours are typically between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pay is $18.26 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio provides youth programs and services.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations and management of one club location
• serve as lead staff in the Club Director’s absence
• support quality youth programs, membership recruitment, staff hiring and management, administrative operations, community relationships, and safe, clean facilities
• provide guidance and serve as a role model.
