What you'll do

• Build a college recruitment program with local colleges and universities
• source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, campus outreach, referrals, and networking
• screen candidates for Financial Advisor and internship programs
• maintain a candidate pipeline
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• guide candidates through hiring
• partner with hiring managers and leadership on onboarding
• track recruiting activity and maintain candidate records.
