What you'll do

• Drive membership, package, introductory session, and retail sales
• generate leads through grassroots marketing and events
• manage inquiries and follow-ups across phone, SMS, email, and social media
• conduct first-visit presentations and tours
• support retention
• refresh sauna suites and assist with administrative tasks.
