What you'll do

• Evaluate AI vendors and products
• test integrations with ATS and business systems
• optimize ATS workflows and reporting
• develop reports and dashboards
• coordinate vendor demonstrations, pilots, and implementation
• train staff on ATS and approved AI tools
• troubleshoot Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and business applications
• administer routine user access
• coordinate employee technology setup and offboarding
• maintain equipment and software inventories
• support cybersecurity practices
• document workflows and recommend process improvements.
