Job overview
The Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support role is primarily remote, with periodic on-campus work possible for Kansas City Metro employees; the listing location is Mission, KS. The role exists to troubleshoot and maintain ScriptPro systems and help customers resolve technical and workflow issues. The analyst handles support requests, monitors system performance and connectivity, documents resolutions, and advises customers on configuration and pharmacy workflow practices.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot ScriptPro software, hardware, peripherals, operating systems, databases, reports, and pharmacy workflows
- respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
- prioritize and document support tickets
- monitor system performance and connectivity
- recommend workflow practices
- coordinate support for field technicians and parts shipments.
