The Licensed Therapist – Hybrid, Mostly Telehealth (Upland Area) role is hybrid, primarily telehealth for clients across Southern California, with optional in-office or field work in the Inland Empire and Orange County. Pay is $88,000–$108,255 per year, plus bonus and merit-increase eligibility. Hope Healing Connection provides therapy and assessment services to adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples. The therapist conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapy and crisis intervention as needed. The role manages a caseload and coordinates whole-person care, supporting clients’ clinical needs through confidential, evidence-informed services.

What you'll do

• Conduct intake assessments and establish diagnoses, medical necessity, and treatment goals
• develop treatment plans and provide individual, family, and couples therapy, mostly via telehealth
• connect clients with medication management, substance-use services, and other resources
• manage caseload and schedule
• complete collaborative documentation and timely progress notes
• provide crisis intervention using established protocols
• maintain confidential records and license.
