What you'll do

• Process admission, membership, and ticket transactions in person and by phone
• handle cash and payments
• manage guest records and membership information in Altru
• answer inquiries and recommend events and exhibits
• direct inquiries to appropriate departments
• perform opening and closing procedures and payment reconciliations
• support programs and events.
