What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize bowls, cutlery, pots, utensils, and equipment
• perform daily sanitizer pH testing and report out-of-range results
• organize washed items and restock the cutlery and utensil station
• keep the sink area clean, empty trash, and flag dishwashing machine issues
• assist with general kitchen cleaning and coordinate with prep and cook teams
• wear protective gear and follow food-safety and cleaning-product procedures.
