What you'll do

• Prepare signature frosting and frost cakes using prescribed recipes and application methods
• prioritize pre-orders and walk-in orders
• maintain display samples and cake levels
• package, label, and store products
• maintain rotation and refrigeration logs
• monitor frosting supplies
• check product quality
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• follow health and safety standards.
