Lead Sales Representative

Job overview

The Lead Sales Representative role is an onsite, part-time position in Lexington, Kentucky, paying $20–$24 per hour. KidStrong’s center-based program serves families and children, and this role supports enrollment and family experiences. The representative manages prospective member leads, books and converts trials, and supports retention and center operations. As the center’s sales leader, the role also coaches team members and may serve as manager on duty when a General Manager or Assistant General Manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Manage leads from inquiry through enrollment
• follow up by phone, text, email, and CRM
• schedule and confirm trials
• conduct center tours
• convert trials into memberships
• run follow-up campaigns
• generate referrals and community partnerships
• support sales training and coaching
• monitor sales and enrollment performance
• build relationships with families
• maintain CRM records and reports.

Why this role

The part-time role divides time between coaching, approximately 10–15 hours per week, and sales/lobby work, approximately 15–20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. The role may act as manager on duty when senior center managers are absent.
