Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator role is onsite in Englewood, CO. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour. The position supports TrinWare’s custom computer production and fulfillment center, preparing computer products and peripherals for customers and production. The coordinator keeps warehouse receiving, inventory, kitting, fulfillment, and shipping accurate and timely. The role works with production, purchasing, sales, and operations to prepare orders, maintain inventory controls, and support efficient fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Receive, stock, stage, and ship computer products and peripherals
• maintain inventory through physical and cycle counts
• kit, assemble, and package customer orders
• prepare serialized production orders and shipments
• process incoming customer and vendor returns
• coordinate courier and less-than-truckload services
• keep warehouse and shipping areas organized
• assist production with packaging finished goods.
