The Molding Press Operator – Abrasives Manufacturing – Second Shift role is onsite in Worcester, MA. Pay is $22 per hour. The position supports industrial abrasives manufacturing operations at the Worcester facility. The operator forms prepared material mixes into product shapes using molding and pressing equipment, following production procedures and performing basic quality checks to help meet product specifications and maintain consistent output.

What you'll do

• Operate or tend hydraulic, robotic, and manual presses or molding equipment
• compact prepared mixes into product shapes
• prepare materials and equipment
• use tamping guns and measuring tools
• perform basic density tests and inspect products against tolerances and specifications
• follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
