Member Service Advisor

Job overview

The Member Service Advisor role is onsite in Hammond, IN; compensation is $19 per hour. Regional Federal Credit Union provides banking products and financial services to Northwest Indiana members. The role exists to serve as a liaison between members and the credit union, providing accurate information and assistance across accounts and loan products. It opens and closes accounts, processes loan requests, resolves member concerns, and promotes products based on member needs.

What you'll do

• Greet members and visitors
• provide product and policy information in person, by phone, and electronically
• respond to requests and complaints
• open accounts and services
• assist with account paperwork and files
• promote products and cross-sell based on member needs
• process and disburse loan requests
• maintain knowledge of products, policies, and regulations
• process account closures
• conduct courtesy calls to new members
• enter new check-card data.
