Account Executive

The Account Executive position is onsite in Chicago, Illinois. Compensation is $80,000 per year plus commission. The role supports Harvard Maintenance’s regional sales and client service work. What you'll do

• Service existing business operationally and financially
• collaborate on strategic sales initiatives
• develop business plans with sales and marketing leadership
• achieve regional sales and profit objectives
• obtain new business and cultivate client relationships
• present to prospective and current clients
• renegotiate expiring contracts
• maintain a business pipeline and accurate reporting
• coordinate quarterly sales and revenue reviews
• monitor competitors and industry trends
• attend conferences and trade shows as required.

Why this role
