What you'll do

• Oversee revenue-cycle operations from registration through final payment
• ensure timely and accurate claims
• monitor billing, payment posting, and collections
• reduce denials and improve cash flow
• analyze aging reports and resolve receivables
• supervise RCM staff and provide coaching
• establish KPIs
• ensure HIPAA, CMS, payer, and regulatory compliance
• maintain documentation and audit readiness
• prepare performance reports
• collaborate on forecasting and budgeting
• improve workflows and coordinate with system vendors
• resolve complex billing and payer issues.
