What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents
• handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and litigation events
• manage a caseload
• develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages
• communicate with clients, carriers, experts, opposing counsel, and witnesses
• prepare case reports and evaluations
• collaborate across offices and practice areas
• senior candidates may independently manage complex matters and mentor junior attorneys.
