The Medical Biller role is onsite in El Paso, TX, with pay of $14–$22 per hour. Quick Claimers Medical Billing supports medical claims processing and billing operations. The role helps ensure accurate claims processing and appropriate reimbursement by verifying insurance, submitting and following up on claims, posting payments, appealing denials, and maintaining billing records. It also works with patients and clinical staff to resolve billing questions and support complete documentation.

What you'll do

• Submit clean claims to insurers and follow up on unpaid claims
• verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• process and post insurance and patient payments
• review and appeal denied claims
• monitor accounts receivable and aging reports
• follow billing regulations and coding guidelines
• handle patient billing inquiries and discrepancies
• maintain patient records and billing documentation
• collaborate with clinical staff on documentation.
