Business Development Manager

What you'll do

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
• promote assisted living, skilled nursing, long-term care, and therapy services
• generate referrals and admissions
• track sales activity and results in CRM
• lead, coach, and train sales liaisons
• coordinate referral and admissions processes
• participate in community events
• conduct facility tours
• assist families with services, financing options, and admissions
• support marketing and outreach
• assist with payer verification and resident screening.
