The Certified Personal Trainer role is an onsite, full-time position in Keego Harbor, MI. Pay is $15.00–$40.00 per hour. Uplift Strength Center is a fitness facility focused on helping members reach health and fitness goals through guidance and a supportive community. The trainer coaches clients toward their fitness goals through individualized sessions, exercise and nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and encouragement, while also supporting gym operations and promoting the center in the community.

What you'll do

• Conduct one-on-one training sessions
• guide clients on exercise techniques and nutrition principles
• motivate clients
• maintain progress records and performance metrics
• promote the center through social media and community events
• assist with gym operations, equipment cleaning, and maintaining a safe workout environment.

Why this role
