What you'll do

• Survey buildings, equipment, and systems
• maintain supplies and parts
• obtain vendor bids and submit purchase orders
• monitor outside repair vendors
• repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• perform painting, carpentry, landscaping, and other general maintenance
• support ventilation and refrigeration systems
• follow hazardous-material and safety procedures
• operate snow-removal equipment
• remove trash and debris
• perform light housekeeping as needed
• respond to emergencies and related repairs.
