Production Heat Press Associate

Job overview

The Production Heat Press Associate role is onsite in Burnsville, MN, with pay of $16–$19 per hour. The role supports ShirtHub’s custom apparel printing and fulfillment production team. The associate operates heat press equipment to apply transfers and graphics to garments, checks finished items for quality, and helps move orders through folding, inventory pulling, staging, labeling, and packing. The work supports accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders.

What you'll do

• Operate heat press machines to apply DTF, vinyl, or other heat-applied transfers according to specifications
• ensure placement, alignment, temperature, pressure, and timing
• inspect garments for quality, accuracy, and defects
• fold garments
• pull items from inventory using work orders and packing lists
• pack orders accurately
• assist with staging, labeling, and production flow
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• follow production schedules and daily output goals.
