It contributes to prompt, high-quality guest service by maintaining fresh ingredients and a clean, sanitary kitchen while coordinating with coworkers.

What you'll do

• Cook and prepare foods on the grill and with other commercial kitchen equipment
• inspect and clean food-preparation areas
• follow safe food-handling, portioning, temperature, and presentation standards
• check ingredient quality and rotate stock
• stock, clean, and maintain kitchen and back-of-house areas
• assist coworkers with guest service.
