What you'll do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and functional independence.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.
