What you'll do

• Supervise and support shelter staff during assigned weekend, holiday, evening, and as-needed shifts
• coordinate shift coverage and report unresolved staffing issues
• monitor compliance with policies, safety protocols, emergency procedures, and confidentiality standards
• respond to incidents, guest concerns, emergencies, and safety issues
• ensure shift logs and incident documentation are completed
• conduct shelter walk-throughs
• coach staff and elevate performance concerns
• support orientation and required training
• communicate shift updates to leadership.
