Benefits Review Specialist, Healthcare Claims

The Benefits Review Specialist role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $28 per hour. What you'll do

• Review claims for eligibility, documentation, accuracy, and coverage
• evaluate claims under plan provisions and benefit guidelines
• determine approvals, adjustments, payment calculations, or denials
• prepare or coordinate claim correspondence
• maintain accurate claim and payment records
• respond to provider, client, and internal questions
• identify payment discrepancies
• confirm eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and coverage
• resolve missing or inconsistent documentation
• follow HIPAA and other privacy standards
• contribute to process improvements.
