What you'll do

• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents
• prepare detailed labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and other project cost estimates. Solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier bids, identify scope gaps and pricing risks, prepare bid summaries, and coordinate with construction management, purchasing, vendors, and subcontractors. Maintain budgets, cost records, estimates, and supporting documentation, and assist with change-order pricing and cost analysis.
