Floating Maintenance Technician

The Floating Maintenance Technician works onsite across Avanti Residential communities in the Denver area, traveling between properties as needed. The pay range is $26–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs
• complete work orders and report emergency requests
• perform grounds cleanup and light landscaping
• assist with snow removal or hurricane preparation and cleanup as applicable
• maintain property appearance and operations
• respond to after-hours emergencies and fulfill on-call responsibilities.
