What you'll do

• Monitor the therapeutic environment and conduct patient rounds
• assist with admissions, intake, orientation, and program expectations
• escort patients to groups, appointments, and activities
• document group attendance and participation
• assist nursing and medical staff with vital signs as appropriate
• maintain belongings inventory logs
• report changes in patient condition
• use verbal de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques
• participate in handoffs, meetings, and training
• follow facility, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements.
