The Staff Commercial Product Manager, Trucking role is onsite in Dallas, TX; compensation is $175,000–$240,000 per year, with additional equity awards and an annual performance bonus. Waabi develops Physical AI technology for autonomous trucks and robotaxis. The role owns commercial product workstreams that turn autonomous trucking capabilities into deployable, scalable customer offerings. It defines operating models, service capabilities, partner workflows, and customer requirements, coordinating across technical, operational, commercial, and external teams to move pilots toward broader deployment.

What you'll do

• Own commercial product workstreams end-to-end
• map processes and define operating models, requirements, and deployment plans
• translate customer, operations, autonomy, and business needs into product requirements
• develop frameworks for site readiness, service design, partner integration, onboarding, and launch readiness
• create pilot-to-scale playbooks
• lead cross-functional work with autonomy, operations, engineering, business development, safety, legal, and partners
• facilitate workshops and track decisions
• assess tradeoffs in customer value, readiness, complexity, cost, speed, and scalability
• produce executive-ready decision memos and operating playbooks.
