What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside villa and guest house cleaning crews
• train, coach, and provide feedback
• inventory supplies and request replenishment
• inspect units using checklists and ensure deficiencies are corrected
• update unit status by phone
• communicate work orders to the front desk or supervisor
• sign off completed units and release them as ready
• monitor proper use and labeling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
